Powers directory is MainDirectory\data\Defs\powers PowerSets can be found in the powersets files. These show the levels (0 based array) when the powers are available. "Available" is in fact the name of the attribute. PowerSet files don't follow the powers files structure. They have all of the powers listed under a single C Object, and the powers are split by the name of the power, which is denoted by a single line that has the word "Powers" followed by a three node naming convention, such as "Defender_Buff.Cold_Domination.Infrigidate" The powers' stats themselves can be found in the powers files.
