Rules for the Discord server

1. Check the pins before asking a question! 2. You will need permission to access certain channels that you are unable to send a message in such as #i24-development-ongoing and #i25-deployment-discussion. You can, however, chat in the "general" channels on each category. 3. No drama. Seriously, people like to be in peace. Let's keep the community clean of such issues.
