@Taffer merged the last official Vidiot Maps release (i23) with somebody's Filebin archive of newer maps, plus some updated maps for Faultline, Echo Faultline, and Rikti War Zone from @Platense (found on the CoH: Homeccoming Discord):

Unpack that with 7 Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) and drop the data directory into your City of Heroes installation directory.
