Building Costumes.bin from the I24 def dump

From OuroDev

Create the following folders: 

data/menu
data/menu/Costume
data/menu/Costume/Localized
data/menu/Costume/ColorPalettes
  • Put costumes.def into data/menu/costume/localized, rename it costumes.ctm
  • Put tailorcost.def into data/menu/costume, rename it tailorcost.ctm
  • Put supergroupColors.def into data/menu/colorpalettes, rename it supergroupColors.ctm
  • Delete the existing costumes.bin and mapserver will rebuild costumes.bin, tailorcost.bin and supergroupColors.bin
